Payment & Refund Policy

The payment of the project or assignment will be decided by discussion between the client and PcPatchers Technology.
Once the initial formalities of the business proposition are in order, the project will start on receiving the token money amount as discussed.
Note: if during the process of execution of the project, the client asks for extra services or features to be added which are not discussed in the agreement, then the client has to pay extra for these ad on, as per the discussion with support team.

1. If the client cancels the assignment within 2 or 3 days of allocation, the payment will be refunded minus the cost of recruitment of resources.
2. Our development program is the feedback based. Clients will be asked for feedback on the project, if after the completion of the project by the said date the client asks for cancellation then no fee will be refunded.
